Which areas do you cover?

We work anywhere in the UK mainly, but our core business tends to be located between London to Newcastle with the majority in the North West of England.

We have multiple sites across the UK and Ireland, can you support this?

Absolutely! With advances in technology (and our 8x8 Hosted System) the world truly is a smaller place and physical proximity no longer plays such an important role. We have customers right across the UK, one of whom being Toni & Guy where we support all of their sites from our offices based in Liverpool & Chester.

Is my existing telephone system compatible with VOIP?

Many telephone systems have the capacity to accommodate Voice Over IP. Sometimes this could be a simple as adding a VOIP card or licenses. Whilst every system is different, a quick consultation with one of our experts should give you the information you need.

Do I need to upgrade to a hosted system?

Whilst this depends entirely upon the specifics of your business, hosted telephone systems do have many benefits, including the ability to work remotely without any interruptions or inconvenience, mobile applications and cheaper calls etc.

How many extensions or users do your systems support?
